Is Aimers Workshop right for you?
“Courage is taking those first steps to your dream even if you can’t see the path ahead.”
About Amy and Aimers Workshop
Of course! First, I’m a mom of three who has been where you are. I continue to lean into my strengths and talents every day so I can live my best life.
Professionally, I’m a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. I’ve been educated and trained by Gallup, the founding organization of CliftonStrengths (formerly called StrengthsFinder).
I’ve been both a professional career woman and a stay-at-home mom. My background and certifications have given me the necessary experiences to help you. I have the skills to help you uncover your natural talents and leverage them to discover your best self.
Great question. Aimer has always been my nickname given to me by those who know and love me best.
It grew into more when I realized that Strengths Coaching can help aim you in the right direction of your life.
Aimers Workshop is a place where you get to work on yourself. As we dive deeper and “peel back the onion”, we’ll uncover your God-given talents. Doing so will help you understand yourself more clearly than ever! Ultimately, you’ll become the aimer of your amazing God-given talents and strengths.
Whenever I hear Aimers, I feel security, confidence, and strength. It’s my hope that one day, it does the same for YOU!
Strengths Coaching is quite different from counseling. Counseling is designed to be a longer-term relationship with a professional counselor.
Strengths Coaching is more of a starting point for you. It’s to help launch you into what’s next. It’s a shorter, intentional moment in time to help focus, equip, and empower you.
Location and Travel
Schedules permitting, I’m available for in-person workshops in the following areas:
For virtual meetings, I use Zoom video conferencing. My clients have found the experience to be just as powerful whether we meet in-person or over Zoom.
I’m open to travel to meet with clients if the opportunity makes sense. Please contact me to discuss more specifics.
No need to be local! I work with clients all over the States. For coaching sessions, I use Zoom video conferencing. For discovery calls, we meet via phone call.
Is Strengths Coaching a Fit for Me?
The best way to decide if Aimers Workshop is the right fit for you is to schedule a 30-minute discovery call with me. It’s free, no pressure, and a great way to learn more.
This is the goal of our 30-minute discovery call. Once we talk, you’ll have more clarity on if you’re ready for coaching.
Great news! If if you’d like additional one-on-one coaching from time-to-time, I’m always here for you.
About Coaching Services
If you’re curious, coachable, and self-motivated, you’re in the right spot.
Yes, a family coaching session would be similar to a small group coaching session. We can customize the experience based on the needs and goals of the family.
I’d recommend introducing CliftonStrengths to your kids when they’re in high school. I’d start around 15-years-of-age. While our God-given talents are hard-wired in us from a young age, the ability to take the assessment requires some maturity.
Another benefit of introducing CliftonStrengths to your teenager: Knowing what you’re naturally good at will make college applications and essays so much easier.
It absolutely can! Preparing for college or career takes a lot of self-awareness and decisions! Through CliftonStrengths and coaching, teens and young adults gain valuable insights and understanding. This can help them make smarter decisions around career and life.
